You may or may not be aware that the way in which the club organises duties is changing. The old watch system is being replaced by an online system which you will log into and choose the duties you wish to do. These will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
Many of the other local clubs use this system and it works well.
Later this week you will be receiving an email from DutyMan, please check your inbox, spam and junk boxes for it, please read this email as it will contain your personnel log-in details and instructions to access the DutyMan rota system.
Once you have received these, please feel free to log in and have a look and allocate yourself duties if you so wish, HOWEVER, please be careful when booking your duty as once it has been chosen the only way to change it is to do a swap, so check with partners and family for other commitments before booking your duties.
March/November/seaweek and regatta duties are voluntary and DO NOT count as part of your duty requirement.
Don’t panic if you not sure what to do then I am running two “How to Sessions” at the club after work parties on:
Sunday 14th Feb at 11.30 Saturday 20th Feb 11.30
You only need to attend one of these sessions as they will be the same format. If you have any questions or require any help this this is the time to ask.
