Have you done the Power Boat Level 2 course recently and just want to brush-up on the skills you have learnt?
Has it been a while since you last did any Power Boat duties and you just need a bit of a helping hand?
If you can answer “YES” to any of the above, then this course is for you.
Our team of Power Boat instructors will be on hand and coaching will be tailored to your own specific needs, to help you get back on the water again and doing your duties with confidence.
Focusing on the skills you need for our location and typical race events, we will usually cover Launching and Landing in stronger conditions, righting a capsized monohull, righting a capsized catamaran, towing alongside and towing astern.
Please note that this course is open to club members only and is aimed at those with ability equivalent to RYA Power Boat Level 2 and is not for complete beginners. For complete beginners, we will be running a RYA Level 2 course later in the year.
